Coconut Chili Salt

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut (finely chopped or pulsed in a blender)
  • 2 tbsp Flaky Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Lime Zest (optional, for extra zing)

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
  3. Use for rimming glasses: Run a lime wedge around the rim and dip into the mix.
