When the sky is dark and the world seems quiet, use this time to darken and quiet your own space to come back to your dreams, your values - yourself. Hint, take some time for major self care during new moon week. We put together a SUPER SIMPLE new moon reset to quiet your mind and body. Try to keep this routine (and your mind) uncomplicated and stick to the basics.

NEW MOON RESET
quiet your mind + body
1. PREP YOUR SPACE
Light candles, place your crystals crystals (YUP! crystal month here at The Kai Life), set up your yoga mat & meditation cushion, grab journal & pen, quiet your surroundings, turn your lights off, light your candles (we LOVE Tiny Buddha Crystal Candles).
2. JOURNAL YOUR DREAMS
Keep this super low stress - attainable & fun (don't get bogged down with tasks, to dos or obstacles). Journal your reachable dreams for the next month.
3. MEDITATE +/or YIN YOGA
Practice a super present meditation and/or quiet and yummy yin yoga (check out our sister studio (MoonRise Self Care)'s New Moon Yin Sequence), surrounded by your favorite crystals.
4. SALT + ESSENTIAL OIL BATH
Prep & take a warm bath surrounded by your candles & crystals with epsom salts, calming essential oils - your favorite bath products. We LOVE Crystal Bar Soap Vegan Crystal Soaps. Relax and SMILE during your bath, reflecting (again without stress or to dos) on your new dreams & goals.
5. LIGHTS OFF, SLEEP
